At Tout de Sweet, we carry a small selection of chocolate bars, with Organic Fair dark chocolate bars being one of our favourite. Made on Vancouver Island, Organic Fair chocolate flavours are inspired by combinations from around the world, and bars are made with unrefined cacao. They are also low in sugar and vegan. This is an indulgence you can feel good about. May contain traces of gluten and nuts.

Little Italy:The Little Italy chocolate bar is 70% cacao dark chocolate with espresso chunks and lemon. Over 100 years ago, a new tradition emerged in Little Italy on the East Coast - the Espresso Romano, an espresso with a twist of lemon. Grazie!
Canadiana: The Canadiana chocolate bar exemplifies Canada's long history of sweet & salty culinary traditions, which obviously includes maple syrup! Plus, salt is the ultimate flavour enhancer, so the combined the salty with the sweet, bringing you a wonderfully delicious chocolate experience. Oh Canada!
Westcoaster: Enjoy the flavours of the West Coast with the Westcoaster bar - this bar contains toasted hazelnuts and wild blueberries. As born and raised West Coasters, this is inspired from our own backyard.

Organic Fair do not use any ingredients containing gluten at their facility but because they don't test for the presence of gluten in their products so they can't guarantee that products haven't come into contact with gluten at suppliers' facilities. Organic Fair use hazelnuts in their Westcoaster chocolate bar, as well as cashews, almonds, and pecans in the seasonal Nutcracker chocolate bar. They use mustard seeds and sesame seeds in their spice rubs. They don't use any products containing dairy, soy, gluten, or eggs. Products are not certified fair trade, however, the ingredients used are certified fair trade by suppliers. All cocoa products (mass, butter, powder) are purchased from farmers in the Dominican Republic in a direct trade relationship.
