Returns and Exchanges
Tout de Sweet Confections does not accept returns on any items due to the nature of our products (food items). Only defective items are eligible for exchange. We will not exchange items due to disappointment in flavour or texture.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must be in possession of the item and provide proof of defect via email (photos) within 14 days of delivery date.

Any claims of defect after 14 days are ineligible for exchanged and will not be honored.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your exchange claim is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange within 5 business days. If we determine the item(s) are defective, Tout de Sweet will reship the item(s) to the original shipping address within 10 business days.
Tout de Sweet Confections is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please take pictures of your package, save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
