During this time of COVID, we are offering 2 ways to receive your online order:

1. SHIPPING ACROSS CANADA

This includes FREE SHIPPING for orders over $56.
For orders under $56, we offer a FLAT RATE shipping cost of $17.

2. LOCAL PICK UP from our FAIRFIELD FACTORY LOCATION ONLY

Place an order online and choose to pick it up from our Fairfield Factory location at 1267 Fairfield Road, Victoria, BC. HOURS ARE LIMITED so please read more information below.

2021 Update:

LOCAL PICK UP from our Fairfield Factory are available TUESDAY to FRIDAY from 9am - 2pm. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY TO PICK UP.

OUR DOWNTOWN RETAIL LOCATION IS OPEN THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY, 11AM - 5PM

Other Important Information:

In some cases, when inventory is low, products are made to order and may take up to a week to ship.

Estimated shipping times are 5 to 7 days, depending on Canada Post's capacity.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS OF GOODS

For health and safety reasons we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products but if you are not 100% satisfied then please contact us ASAP at info@toutdesweet.ca.

PRODUCT CARE

All our candies are heat sensitive and will melt our products. Store our candies at reasonable room temperature.

REFUNDS will not be given for shipping delays due to weather conditions or package refusal.
